• Group Dynamic: Standard group tour format; individual personalized services are not available.

• Hotel Terms: Base category rooms are assigned unless specified. Final hotel confirmation depends on availability; similar category alternatives will be provided if needed.

• Cancellations: Cancellation policy is enforced per company terms.
  
  

  Flight & Transport Guidelines

  • Airport Arrival: Arrive at the airport 2 hours before flight departure; IRCTC is not responsible for missed flights.

  • In-Flight Services: Food and beverages on Low-Cost Carriers are available on a chargeable basis.

  • Transfers: Transfers and sightseeing are on a Shared/Seat-in-Coach (SIC) basis in an AC vehicle per schedules fixed by the local office. Waiting at the airport may be required until all guests arrive.

  • Flight Disruptions: IRCTC is not responsible for flight delays, reschedules, or cancellations. Flight tickets are non-refundable. Alternative flights will be provided as communicated by airlines, but any additional costs arising from delays must be borne by the guest.
    
    

    Hotel & Accommodation Terms

    • Room Allocation: Room bed type (Twin/Double) is at hotel discretion, and base category rooms are assigned unless specified. Extra adults/children will receive a rollaway bed or mattress.

    • Adjoining Rooms: Requests for adjacent rooms for families/friends are subject to availability via the Tour Manager.

    • Meals: Meal count corresponds to the number of nights booked (breakfast is not included on arrival day). Standard buffet timings apply, and meals outside these hours may incur extra charges.

    • Direct Expenses & Damages: Additional hotel services outside the package must be paid directly to the hotel. Guests are liable for any damages caused to hotel property.
      
      

      General Regulations & Notes

      • Age Verification: Age proof for children (2 to 11 yrs) and infants (under 2 yrs) is mandatory. Children over 11 years are charged as adults.

      • Personal Belongings: Guests must manage their personal belongings carefully.

      • Itinerary Changes: Itineraries are proposed outlines and may vary due to local weather, political, or geographical conditions.

      • Booking & Rates: Package rates are subject to availability, and cancellations follow company policy. Guests are advised to review hotel details on official websites prior to booking.
        
        Cancellation Policy:
        For cancellation of your ticket, please log in to your account, select the Tour Confirmation Number of the ticket you wish to cancel and cancel your ticket from your booked history on line. Cancellation of your Ticket is possible only on the website www.irctctourism.com, and is not possible on PRS Counters. If the user wishes to cancel his ticket, cancellation rules for the package are mentioned below:

        NOTE:
         In case of partial cancellation please note that occupancy conversion charges will be applicable and cancellation charge shall be applicable on the cancelling guest as per policy.
         In case of cancellation of Counter bookings, copy of pan card of the guest in whose name refund is claimed shall be required.
        
        Terms and Conditions:
         You should carry an Identity Card (Voter Card, /Aadhar Card), while traveling; this is for verification when needed.
         In case any of the sightseeing spot mentioned as above remains closed due to local reason, IRCTC representative will arrange for alternative sightseeing spot if possible. All guests are requested to cooperate in this regard.
         Copy of Flight tickets and Service vouchers and other tour related information will be forwarded in Whatsapp group designated for the package 02 days before the departure or guests can collect the same from IRCTC, Zonal Office, and Kolkata.
         Alternate Arrangements will be made disruption of tour on account of natural calamities and the cost to be borne by the tourist.
         Arrangements will be made for medical attention during sickness while on tour and the cost will be borne by the tourist.
         The tourist will have to go by the periodical guidelines issued by the IRCTC authorities on the tour, through announcements and should not intervene in their working.
         The tour programme is subject to approval/alteration by IRCTC and the conduct of the tour is dependent on scheduled running of the Flight.
         The decision of IRCTC will be final on account of problems arising in the conduct of the tour.
         IRCTC has right to alter itinerary under unavoidable circumstances and is not liable for any type of natural calamities/ strikes/ cancellations/ delay of train/insurgency of any such nature which is beyond control during the tour period. Management is not accountable for any theft or damage of luggage during the trip. Operation of Trip is subject to minimum no. of passengers booked.
        
        Transfers and Sightseeing:
         Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the IRCTC. However this may require you to wait at the airport/destination for short duration until arrival of all the guests.
         Vehicle is not on personal disposal basis and will be provided as per the schedule of the itinerary.
         IRCTC is not responsible for delay/reschedule/cancellation of flights. In case of any of the following, we shall provide alternative flights as and when intimated tous by airlines.  Cost of any extra service arising due to delay/reschedule/cancellation of flights will be borne by guest; however, we shall extend our cooperation in arranging the same.
